LED light in the bathroom

The "branded" Chinese light bulb burned out in the bathroom above the washing machine - it got a little dull. You will not turn on the main lighting in the bathroom to load / unload the laundry from the washing machine. It is necessary to make your reliable light bulb.

What is needed:
1. A radiator plate of suitable sizes.
2. The radiator itself.
3.LED emitter.
4. Aluminum plate for adapter.
5.Driver.
6. Case for the driver.
7. Soldering iron, flux and solder.

Some materials I picked up in the zashashnik:

Radiator R44-30-3L; round radiator plate BK724-23 Ø44 mm for 3 LEDs connected in series. I cut a Ø50 mm board (according to the internal size of the spot) from an aluminum plate 1 mm thick. Marked it and drilled the holes necessary for fastening.

Drivers PSM-330ma-3WS (Uin = 90-260 VAC; Uout = 8-10 VDC; Iout = 330 mA; the number of LEDs - 3x1 W) were also found.

For the lamps I used 3HPD-1 LEDs (W = 1 W; I = 350 mA; Upr. = 3.2-3.4 V; Φν = 120-130 lm; 2Θ1 / 2 = 120 °; T = 4000 K; chip Genesis Photonics 38 mil, Taiwan).

Using the beaten-up technology, I glued the LEDs to the radiator plate and, after waiting for the glue to dry, attached the plate with LEDs to the board through the heat-conducting paste KPT-8 and fixed it (also through KPT-8) to the radiator. The result is such a flashlight.

Since the drivers are frameless, I had to purchase a suitable case in the Chip & Dip store.

The bathroom is a wet room, I had to think hard about sealing the terminals.

Insulated the driver leads with silicone sealant.

This assembly turned out here.

She calmly got into the spot on the latches.

The temperature on the radiator plate after an hour of operation did not exceed 35 ° C.

Korolev,
The work done by the author will last about 20 years. A modern bulb of Russian or Chinese production for 76 rubles will burn out after three months, or something will fall off in the driver. My father bought a year ago five bulbs per chandelier for 50 rubles, such as cheap. To date, everyone has burned out, gave him his old energy savers. I buy GU10 spots for my home for 200-300 rubles, with a 5-year manufacturer’s paper guarantee, because one Gauss spot for 170 rubles has already fallen off the driver.

Pronin,
GU10 is not necessarily halogen now.Half of the chandeliers in Ikea under this base, and they sell LED lamps for it, but it's expensive there.

Firstly, there were lamps with lampholders G10 (and they are not so cheap). Secondly, keeping a supply of such bulbs is nonsense. And, thirdly, I wanted to do it “forever”, and not on snot.

I agree with maxi.mus. There was a fashion for these halogen bulbs at one time ... They did not withstand criticism and life circumstances. They were used (and continue) for spot lighting at all kinds of exhibitions (artist design, etc.)
I roll around (as a load (test) sometimes). The table lamp is bad, maybe the spiral is trembling. In the bathroom (moisture), use these G10 with spring contacts on 230v ... This is not an option for a competent Electrician!
The absolutely right decision is to switch to a 12V LED light bulb and not to redo the design ... If it were even more reliable to put the AC-DC 230 / 12V source, and not China-cheap-junk ...

As for me - it’s nonsense to NOT keep a supply of such bulbs, which socles are in the house ...

In general, I agree with Korolev ... There is no point in bothering now ... With such prices for lamps, as now - you can always keep a supply, but simply throw away the old ones ...
Oh, by the way, I also have GU10 lamps. And there is always in stock. (I usually take 10 pieces, and I have six of these). And they cost not much more than ordinary E14 and E27.
Or did you mean mercury with T9 (G10q,)? .. ("Bagel")
Then really ... But then you just need to replace the lamp ..
maxi.mus,
Unfortunately I have to upset you. If the driver box in the bathroom and a similar connection on the balcony, where steam and condensation is created, expect trouble.
maxi.mus,
keep a supply of such bulbs - nonsense
Since when is a dozen lamps on a shelf - nonsense? Here to keep
1. A radiator plate of suitable sizes.
2. The radiator itself.
3.LED emitter.
4. Aluminum plate for adapter.
5.Driver.
6. Case for the driver.
this is not entirely typical. I'm not talking about the time spent, which is known to be money.
I wanted to make "forever"
I’m embarrassed to ask, but a complete set:
PSM-330ma-3WS drivers ... 3HPD-1 LEDs (W = 1 W; I = 350 mA
Gods have been doing to you for ages, or the same Chinese as

Blown "branded" Chinese lamp in the bathroom

Step one: unscrewed the burned out bulb.
Step Two: I took a new light from the shelf.
Step three: screwed a new light bulb.
Total: 76 rubles, 3 minutes of time, including the time to remark to my wife: "And was it worth it to distract me for nothing? Could I manage it myself! Bury yourself, who will change the bulbs for you?" smile
